Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll receive immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor.

Are nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations eligible for sales tax exemption?

HockeyShare uses Paddle as our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which means Paddle handles sales tax on our behalf. If your organization is tax-exempt (for example, a 501(c)(3) or a state-exempt entity), you can request that Paddle remove sales tax from your invoices.

Before you subscribe: Email a copy of your IRS determination letter or state sales tax exemption certificate to [email protected] and let them know you're planning to purchase HockeyShare. Once they've verified your status, your account will be flagged as tax-exempt and your first invoice won't include sales tax.

Already subscribed? Go to paddle.net, look up your purchase using the email you signed up with, and submit an exemption request with your documentation attached. Paddle can refund the tax portion of any prior invoices and exempt your future renewals.

The exemption stays attached to your customer record, so renewals will continue to be tax-free as long as you bill under the same account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Premium plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Association plans include a 7-day free trial (credit card required). Plus, all paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.

How does Association pricing work?

Association plans are designed for organizations with multiple coaches. Pricing is per user, per year, with volume discounts applied automatically based on the number of users. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
