How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. After processing, refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
