G warms up with coach down at one end 2 player (X & O) pair up and when whistle blows X tries to lose Owhile O tries to stay with their stick on X's hip. After 30 second switch rolewith X trying to shadow O. D1 = between Far Blueline and goal line D2 = between Redline and goal line D3 = Close Blue line and goal line options to close up zone from ringette line to goal line. Can do with pucks for more difficulty Make sure player keep their heads up at all time. the whole team skate at the same time
