Description

1) Both players leave on whistle with a puck. 2) They do crossovers around first circle. 3) Then skate backwards through the neutral zone. 4) They then pivot so they skate forward around the bottom of the far circle and skate around the center ice circle. 5) Players come in 1 on 0 with the goaltender.
