Drill starts with Red fwd attacking defense pair. The Blue fwd line will funnel into the defensive zone. It will be a 5 v 5 game situation. When blue regains possession and exits zone they attack 3 v2 against other d-man pairing. Continue drills sequence as green fwd line will funnel into opposite zone. With scored goal or save Coach will feed puck to defensive fwd line. There is a no defending allowed in neutral zone to maintain the flow of the drill.
