F start from corner with Puck Hard to hash mark, stop, drive to net with puck Shot, then F takes position in front for screen/deflection At same time D takes position at point. Recieves puck from Coach, unloads shot on goal. F screen/deflects F & D transition into 1-on-1 down opposite side (F picks up puck from Coach. Drill is run from both ends, same time, on whistle.
