Both sides begin at the same time 1. 1st forward in line makes a pass to the near defenseman, then skates an "S" from the top of the neutral ice face-off dot and back in to the top of the far defensive face-off circle, then breaks to receive a cross-ice pass. 2. Defensemen exchange 2 D-to-D passes and makes a cross ice pass to the breaking forward. 3. Forward breaks through the neutral zone to the high slot for a shot on goal.
