Description

Goalies start in corner and go around circle. When making turns (ie - Circle or Pylon), goalie is to push with outside foot only. When skating in a straight line, goalie is to alternate feet.

Key Points

Stay in "Ready" Position. Head leavel. Hands forward. Stick flat on ice. Glove hand up.
