Description
1. Outside edges. Controled turns while holding your edges. Bend knees and hold turn untill facing the opposite direction.
2. Inside edged. Controled turns while holding your edges. Bend knees and hold turn untill facing the opposite direction.
3. Russian knees. Rapidly touching each knee to the ice in turn whilst maintaining your balance.
4. Start / stops. FULL stop on each line facing alterate directions followed by a quick start.
