F1 circles around top of faceoff circle & takes shot on goal, then picks up puck from corner & goes down ice for 1 on 1 ending with a shot on goal. D1 leaves at same time as forward, skates to the boards, pivots & skates backwards down ice to defend forward from getting a shot on net.
