Set up 5 pucks on both sides of net on goal line Shooter (with intensity) picks up a puck and attacks net tight and alternates piles until all 10 pucks are shot. DO NOT give goalie time to recover in between shots - very quick and intense - goalie cannot sprawl and flop.
