1. D line up inside blue line. 2. F line up in 2 groups on centre face off circle. 3. On whistle, both F pass to D and take off. 4. D to D pass and F times his curl. 5. D hits F with pass, with option of using boards. 6. F shoots and goes to end of the other line. 7. D should change sides after 5 passes. 8. F should change direction half way through drill time.
