1. Goalie will square off to cone. 2. drop to butterfly and perform a butterfly shuffle to oppsite cone. 3. Goalie will recover and either t-glide or skate shuffle to next cone. 4. Goalie will go into butterfly and perform a butterfly shuffle to next cone.
