Coach throws a puck in, and F1/F2 play against D1/D2. Forward in front of the net should move around to get open. F1 and F2 can use the points; pointmen (RD1 and LD1) should move as the puck moves to practice strong side and weakside capabilities. D1/D2 needs to pass back to the coach to win the game, F1/F2 need to score. When whistle blows, F1/F2 become defense, pointmen become F1/F2, D1/D2 become pointmen.
