-F1 Start skakting, picking speed and curling down low in defensive zone. -D1 simulataneously skates with F1 and pivots below the blue line picking up speed with 3 quick crossovers. -D4 passes the puck to F1. -F1 goes through neutral zone with speeed. -D1 focuses on gap control as he enters the zone. -F1 makes a power move to either side protecting the puck as he breaks to the net. -D1 keeps momentum of backward skating forcing the F1 to the outside. -F4 and D4 starts the drill over
