1.) D1 starts drill simultaneously at both ends with puck. 2.) As D1 skates around cones, F1 at each end must time their skate back into the zone to receive a good breakout pass D1. 3.) F1 receives breakout pass from D1 and skates up ice to attack opposing D in a 1-on-1 situation. 4.) After D1 makes breakout pass, they must perform pivot and take on F1 from other end in 1-on-1.
