Players line up in two lines along the boards starting at the blueline. First player in each line goes at the same time, doing a circle around the middle. When they are almost all the way around the circle, the coach that was on their side of the ice passes them a puck and they skate it in and take a shot. After the shot, the players go into the other line. As soon as the first players receive their passes, the next players in line go.
