D1 - takes a position in front of the net outside the goal crease. F1 - forward in the corner takes a puck and drives to the front of the net (may not take a path behind the net). D1 - forces the forward to the outside (box out)and/or engages the forward with a stick or body check. F1 - takes a shot and follows to the net for a rebound. Drill is over after defense takes puck away or thee is a shot and rebound or save / goal.

This drill can be modified to add in an extra forward F2 for help and/or add D2 to turn into a 2-on-2.
