Description

Player starts in slot, sprints to corner and stops. Player then sprints back to the crease area and stops. Player finishes by sprinting back to line.

Notes

Simulates game situation of intensity to corner and winning the race back to the net. If you have a checking dummie, you can have the player check that in the corner instead of stopping.
