Coaches and pucks in all 4 corners. Put as many cones as possible in middle circle and surrounding. Players take puck as fast as they can through center ice circle and cones, shoot on opposite net. All 4 lines go at the same time. Coach at center ice can shoot cones at players as they go through the circle. Players go on whistle.
